Whatās the starting age for the infant class?
Our infant class begins at 4 months old! It’s the perfect introduction to a safe and nurturing environment for your little one.
What are the requirements for parent involvement in Starfish to Turtle (Level 1-4) classes?
In Starfish to Turtle classes (Level 1-4), all lessons are parent-assisted, meaning parents are required to be in the pool with their child.Ā 
Ā This helps create a sense of water safety and familiarity with the coach, ensuring a positive and supportive learning experience for your little one.Ā 
How long do we make a splash for?
Each group class and private lesson isĀ 30 minutes of action-packed learningāperfect for leveling up those swim skills!Ā
Each Squad class runs forĀ 1 hour of fun and focused trainingĀ to take those skills to the next level!Ā 
How many swimmer are in each group class?
We keep our class sizes small so every swimmer gets the attention they needāperfect for learning and building confidence!
How are fees paid?

Fees are paidĀ securely onlineĀ via ourĀ customer portal, using yourĀ debit or credit card.

Who do I inform my child absence?
No worries! With our easy-to-use app, you can quickly record your childās absence with just a few tapsāno need to deal with paperwork or talk to anyone. It’s that simple, stress-free, and convenient!
What is your makeup lesson policy?
Missed a class? No stressāweāve got your back!Ā
Just let us knowĀ at least 2 hours in advance, and once your childās absence is marked by their Coach, youāll receive aĀ make-up tokenĀ to use at your convenience.
Make-ups are flexible and easy to bookābecause we believe every splash counts!Ā
