How much does it cost to enrol with Marsden?
Here’s the breakdown (all prices include 9% GST):
Weekday classes: $44.69 per lesson
Weekend classes: $47.96 per lesson
One-time enrolment fee: $54.50 (inclusive of GST)
Classes are billed in 4-week terms, so you’ll be charged every 4 weeks for your lessons—easy, predictable, and packed with progress! 
If there happens to be five Fridays or Sundays in a term, we’ll adjust the billing accordingly. Simple and stress-free! 
What’s the starting age for the infant class?
Our infant class begins at 4 months old! It’s the perfect introduction to a safe and nurturing environment for your little one.
What are the requirements for parent involvement in Starfish to Turtle (Level 1-4) classes?
In Starfish to Turtle classes (Level 1-4), all lessons are parent-assisted, meaning parents are required to be in the pool with their child. 
This helps create a sense of water safety and familiarity with the coach, ensuring a positive and supportive learning experience for your little one. 
How long do we make a splash for?
Each group class and private lesson is 30 minutes of action-packed learning—perfect for leveling up those swim skills!
Each Squad class runs for 1 hour of fun and focused training to take those skills to the next level! 
How many swimmer are in each group class?
We keep our class sizes small so every swimmer gets the attention they need—perfect for learning and building confidence!
How are fees paid?
We’re all about convenience and going digital! 
Fees are paid securely online via our customer portal, using your debit or credit card.
We’re a cash-free swim school, so no need to bring your wallet—just tap, click, and you’re all set! 
Who do I inform my child absence?
No worries! With our easy-to-use app, you can quickly record your child’s absence with just a few taps—no need to deal with paperwork or talk to anyone. It’s that simple, stress-free, and convenient!
What is your makeup lesson policy?
Missed a class? No stress—we’ve got your back!
Just let us know at least 2 hours in advance, and once your child’s absence is marked by their Coach, you’ll receive a make-up token to use at your convenience.
Make-ups are flexible and easy to book—because we believe every splash counts!
Taking a short break? No problem! ✈️😷
Whether you’re off on a family adventure or your little one needs some time to recover, you won’t lose your place in the pool! If you’ll be away for up to 4 weeks, you can secure your child’s spot with a return-ready deposit (non-refundable)—so there’s one less thing to think about.
Here’s how it works:
